Learners will explore how sampling methods, sample size, detection limits and testing constraints influence microbiological results, and how these factors affect the interpretation of contamination risk.
The course explains how to present microbiological data in a clear and meaningful way, including the use of appropriate specifications, risk framing and evidence-based reporting to support consistent decision-making in brewery quality management.
